Build is all about raw strength and building muscle. Each session focuses on foundational lifts — like squats, deadlifts, and presses — with a structured, progressive approach. You’ll use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight to increase your lifting capacity and improve form.

SWEAT
Sweat 45 is all about pace, power, and movement. You’ll cycle through cardio machines, bodyweight work, and light resistance in short, intense bursts with minimal rest.
It’s fast, focused, and leaves no muscle untouched. No barbells. No overcomplication. Just 45 minutes of high-output effort — scalable for all levels, and welcoming to anyone new to training.
PARTNER WORKOUT (Saturday’s)
Saturdays are for sweat — and teamwork. Our Sweaty Saturday Partner Workout is a fun, fast-paced class that brings all the best parts of our Sweat 45 format, but with a partner twist.
Each week features a new mix of movements — from cardio machines and bodyweight burners to dumbbells, kettlebells, and everything in between. Expect to tag in, cheer each other on, and get a full-body burn while having a blast.
No experience needed — all levels welcome, and scaling is always available. Just show up, grab a partner (or we’ll pair you up), and start your weekend strong.
